SHIPPING & RETURNS
The expected delivery of your order will depend on your locations.*
You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur.
Your package will be abandoned and you will be billed for any additional fees.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued.
You refuse delivery of your shipment for any reason.
The carrier makes up to 2 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your shipment to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes.
You provided an inaccurate or invalid address.
Your shipment is returned by customs because your merchandise is restricted from import into your country.
You refuse to pay any additional duties and taxes levied by your local customs and tax authorities against the shipment
While we are diligent in monitoring inventory, we cannot guarantee that all of the items shown in the webstore on lauraRamazzotti.com are in stock at the time of your order. In case we are out of stock of your entire order we will attempt to contact you via the email address you provided when placing the order. If we cannot reach you within 14 business days of your order, and your entire order is out of stock, your order will be cancelled and a refund issued to the credit card on which you made the purchase.
Occasionally, part of an order may be out of stock. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you via the email address you provided when placing the order. Your order will ship when all items in your order have arrived at our warehouse. We do not ship partial orders.
TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST:
You have the right to cancel your order and request the reimbursement of sums paid by you, less shipping, without reason or penalty, up to 14 days after the order has been successfully placed.
To request an exchange or cancel an order, send us an email to with your complete information, your order number and (optionally) the reason for which you would like to return the ordered item(s).
Upon receipt of request for cancellation, LAURA RAMAZZOTTI will provide instructions on where to return your order to LAURA RAMAZZOTTI . Before a refund can be issued, you are obliged to return the items from your order, at your own cost, back to LAURA RAMAZZOTTI in their original packaging, intact and in perfect, resellable condition, accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. LAURA RAMAZZOTTI cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation to you, please send photo proof along with your request. Return items lost in transportation will not be approved for return or refund.
Once your return order has been received by LAURA RAMAZZOTTI and shown to be in resellable condition, a refund for the original purchase will be issued within 30 business days. Costs for sending return shipment to LAURA RAMAZZOTTI are your obligation solely. If you have exercised your right to return your order pursuant to this Article, any credit agreements entered into with LAURA RAMAZZOTTI or a third party acting as intermediary for the provision of credit for the purchase shall be cancelled. Cancellations do not apply for orders EUR 30.00 or less, but never higher than the equivalent of EUR 60, based on the official exchange rate as posted at any time.
LAURA RAMAZZOTTI will not charge additional shipping on approved exchanges. Approved refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 30 business days of the return of the product to our warehouse, and to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will original shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items will be made within 30 days following receipt of return item back to LAURA RAMAZZOTTI .
Return requests received after 14 days of original order will not be accepted.
We are not responsible for delays in your order due to the webstore, warehouse, shipping, inclement weather, power and/ or internet failure, customs, duties & taxes due at delivery, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control.
If we discover at the time of your order that your order was placed through lauraRamazzotti.com with incorrect pricing and you have been charged the wrong amount, we will make attempts to contact you via the email address you provided when placing your order and give you the option to place a new order with the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of when the order was placed, your order will be cancelled.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard.The full amount will be charged on the date of the order. If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include GR VAT at 24 %. Shipping costs may be added to your order. Please view Shipping below for shipping charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. lauraRamazzotti.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. LAURA RAMAZZOTTI does not keep its customers' payment card details.
We do not guarantee quotes in local currency other than those indicated on lauraramazzotti.com.
